[HELP]My server does!'t work anymore - naeem190 - 16.03.2014

Hello guys i nee help , almost 3 days ago i opened a rp serber (it's not mine but i got the rights to use i and edit it)
And it's port forwarded today i opened it and played with my friends and when suddenly all got timeout and server says it's closed (retrieving info)
Even that server.exe is on and works perfectly , please help me
I tried to close and reopen it many times , but everything still the same

Maybe your IP address is Dynamic?

I don't think my ip is Dynamic because it still the same when i check from "www.findmyip.com"

And bpsamp what is no-ip ?

no-ip is a free dynamic dns, doesn't matter how many times your ip changes, you will get a domain like "thisismyserver.no-ip.org" and that will always resolve to your latest IP.
