I installed the mods for P:LA(Project LA),and now everytime I login, the game freezes...

The SS above is what I see, except from the alt-tab thing on the middel of the screen, and the bar on the top of the screen

Maybe you haven't installed them correctly, or maybe the Mods are corrupt.

I'm sure you'll recieve more help when you ask this question in the Project LA forum as it's their mod you're using and makes you crash .

SA:MP doesn't really sponsor CLEO there for they advise people not to talk about it or "advertise it".

O.T: As hypocrite as it sounds do what I just quoted, he had it right but just wanted to inform him why his previous post could of been deleted.
