sampgdk gamemode/or a tutorial - No Fear - 15.03.2014

Hello, so.. I'm kind of lost at this sampgdk, I really want to try making a gamemode with C++. I just don't get it how does ir work. Can someone please share a simple released gamemode(0.3z version) here? Or a simple tutorial how to set up a server and edit everything.
