i got 300+ ping if u join a server but i do speedtest i got 75ping only how can i do for reducing

When you are playing SA-MP, close down all other programs on your PC. Steam, X-Fire, your Internet browser, Skype, Teamspeak and whatever other programs you've got running; close them all.

When you do speedtest, the connection is between you and a server quite close to you. It is not the same server that the SA-MP server is hosted on, so the ping from that is completely irrelevant.

It really depends on the server's location and on your internet speed too but mostly on the location. If you live for example in australia and expect to connect to a server in france for example, don't expect to have a low ping.
