need some help from the moderators and admin from the site - Cjjonson - 13.03.2014

I want to advertise my server but when i post a thread in samp advertisement i wont let me. It said that i got disabled by admins or trying to edit someone post keep in mind here that im new havent do anything yet. So if the moderator or admins of the site seeing this please help me. Apperciate all the help
