GetPlayerTime- Minute Detection? - jakejohnsonusa - 13.03.2014

Is it me, or does GetPlayerTime always return 0 for the &minute value?

Why is that? Is there another way to get the game-time minutes for a server watch (it always displays the hour:00)?
