Hi, i have a question,

I am working on a skin command, i have one but what i want is that if the player types /skin without entering a skin id, a skin selection menu will appear up, but if he types /skin with id it won't show up, examples on how?

Instead of sending him message how to use command when params are null just send him dialog or whatever
