How I am supposed to host my database of the server. Should I find a good host company or what? Please give me some tips.

Usually I dont reply to such threads. However, you should always run the database on the same machine as the samp server. Else network latencies slow the queries down a LOT and practically makes them much slower than using files or sqlite instead, so there wouldnt be a point in using mysql.
If you run the server at some gamehoster, ask them for a database. If its a VPS just install a mysql server and phpmyadmin if you need that.
