Yes there are rules, as linked to above. Moderators can warn/ban a user for any reason that they see fit. I believe that is stated somewhere, but I don't have the time to go and look. If they abused their admin privileges to ban users for personal reasons, like your silly post implies, then they would have their admin removed.

I don't know why a lot of your posts (Gamer_Z) contain snide remarks about SA-MP and its admins, but if you don't like it here then no one is forcing you to be here. We have enough idiots on this forum without people like you making ambiguous statements with no support and no real reason to do so, so please just do the rest of us, who do enjoy being here and do appreciate what the admins do, a favour and show yourself the door.
