Using site builders is a rubbish thing.
Learn HTML - try to make your own site.

HTML and CSS, too!
CSS has become a very popular 'style-sheet' language, and given it's powerful nature, rightly so!
By using it, you mean putting it online?

With just HTML you won't get anywhere.
For a proper website you're going to need HTML, CSS & PHP.
As you said before, it's way better than using a site builder.

There is a 'save' button on the top. I believe if you have entered your FTP credentials, you can upload the files directly to your webhost.

Copy or save the code into a notepad document, then save the file as index.html, and upload to some free webhosting!
