If it is a command, it won't most probably be an include, filterscript or game-mode. (kidding!)

So, I'd say it goes somewhere in the 'Useful Snippets' or if it's a standalone function, the 'Useful functions' thread.

Or, you can always follow the no-bullshit advice,
