Skin Change - Crazydriver - 11.03.2014

Hello guys i need a help/idea how to make a player change his skin and skill everytime he logs in or when he choose the skin change from the hospital menu please urgent help

'Urgent' would be something like: "I run a server with a high playerbase and my server keeps crashing!". This, is not urgent.

Indeed, this isn't urgent, just force a player to go to the class selection after death and it would work properly.

That's not the case i do have a small player base but everyone ask for a skinchange so please any ideas ?
