Banning PC & IP. - faff - 10.03.2014

Hello there, I'm using the IP to ban players, and an Ban line, in their playerfile.
Anyways.
I've saw a few players changing their ip.
And i'm getting enough of them.
I'm using rangeban sometimes.. But had problems before with other players (non banned) being banned too.
So I wanna ask, it's their an option, to ban their PC's, or atleast being notified if they possible login from the same IP?

I'm not like putting an Keylogger on players their PC, like some people do.

Sadly you can only bad them via IP.
