Anti Foot Crash - SPA - 10.03.2014

Hi, there are hackers sending invalid vehicles or simple crashing players anyone know how to prevent that , +reps!

NOTE: When SOMEONE crash Players got massage like: GTASA.EXE STOPPED WORKING [NOT RESPONDING WTF]?!
