Tens varias hosts para fazeres tal coisa, exemplos. 000webhost.com , 3jelly.com , hostinger.com.br ( este link nao sei se esta bem ).

Tens ai host frees, crias um site, carregas as musicas para la depois copias link da musica e metes no teu cуdigo.
