SQL problems - Hybris - 08.03.2014

Hello im having some trouble I recently used a sql saving sys Link here!
and im not sure whether I've done something wrong anyway lets get to the point so I've noticed that when you register your acc and you restart the server or relog it lets you use any password you want instead of the one you used to register I suppose its not getting the password from the database or something can someone help me on this?
