You might not be able to take screenshots because you might have ELM activated or TXD Hack activated which does not allow you to take pictures also you might of denied the write files for your SAMP Document Folder

It often happens with Windows 8 users and I'm assuming that you're using Windows 8 if you haven't done anything else to SA-MP data files. For this, you could use Windows Key + Prt Sc button which will take a screenshot and it can be found on "Pictures/Screenshots" folder.

Also if you were using a laptop Press On your keyboard "Right Shift" and "F8" It would help i tried that many times and now its easy to take screenshots.

Check if F mode is switched on, on the keyboard.

If you Have Over 999 Pictures then you cannot Take any pictures anymore. So delete some. Maybe.
