I need impound system with HQ and more, pizza job with random points, and points war of familys, and /duty admin /accept report and more...

My advise says learn how to code it yourself. I don't mean that in a mean way either. You probably can't find each of these things go in a FilterScript.. Some of them maybe. Not specifically for your needs though. Research on the Samp wiki on PAWNO scripting and watch some ******* videos too.
