One file is missing probably, try reinstalling.

You have to re compile it and update your plugins like streamer and.... And includes if needed
And load nativechecker

Next time, search.
Anyways, load nativechecker and follow the important note at the plugin's thread at first post.

Load nativechecker plugin and add it last in the plugins line (in server.cfg). Run the server and post the whole server log.

Just update plugins.

Make sure that you have all includes
Compile your Gamemode
Server config (check it)
Update all plugins

You may loosing include or streamer
