It's obviously fake, also googling their name brings up 4 or 5 results about it being fake.

Didn't take me more than 12 seconds to realize it's an obvious fake. The DeLorean is obviously a Back to the Future reference. If you haven't watched that movie, then go do so now.

There is no way for it to work, if there would be another magnet on the ground I could think its possible, but not on the asphalt.
