Functions not registered errors and error 019: file or function not found - thomaswilliams - 04.03.2014

Hey I have this error here:

And I also have a File or Function not found error and also the only plugins that are not loading is Streamer and Whirlpool thanks I have tried everything, please help

I've had this problem before, I fixed it by making sure when I compile the .AMX File for the script, it saves into the filterscripts / gamemode folder. Let me know if this works.

Try and update your plugins. I had this issue before and that fixed it.
