Little help with Pawno and HeidiSQL - LazyGamer99 - 02.03.2014

So hey there, if you saw the title you probably know what this is about. So my problem is, every time when i do
/givelic ID on database is value of license is change from 0 to 1 but when i restart samp-server.exe it is going back to default. So i would like little help with this if somebody knows how to fix it, and by the way this problem is only for one license.
