iv question , how to know if my gm functions cause lag is there are anyway to test like debug or something like that?

Check the CPU/RAM usage of your server.

well, some scripts are just pain in the asses my script im using now, dose not run correctly on a *control panel host*-, i would suggest to use a Dedicated Host box or a vps. they run easy. just need to learn how to use them.
