Do you mean that it stops server? I cannot see the "Number of vehicle models: x" message so I assume that's the problem.
Run time errors or crashes can cause this so load crashdetect plugin: https://github.com/Zeex/samp-plugin-...ases/tag/v4.13
Use debug info: https://github.com/Zeex/samp-plugin-...ith-debug-info
Re-compile your scripts and start the server again. Post the server log.

The above quote of the server log says nothing about run time error 19, nor has crashdetect installed.
About the debug info, just create a file pawn.cfg into pawno folder and write in it: -d3
After re-compiling the scripts, they will be compiled with -d3 flag so if there are run time errors/crashes, it (most of the times) gives the line caused it.
