Can't download 0.3z - Printable Version

Can't download 0.3z - Beta101 - 27.02.2014

Whenever I download 0.3z on the download page whenever I download it I'll get the following files
blanktex.txd
CUSTOM.ide
custom
samaps.txt
SAMP.idea
SAMP
SAMPCOL
All in the forums of disc files that I would have to burn for some reason and whenever I try and download any of the other mirrors they would give me an infinite loading cycle. Help
