There might be the problem with your FPS. You can set it to maximum by using this: /fpslimit 90

my pc is fine like 7 weeks ago samp worked without any lag or anything but now its lagging

It might lag on some places more, where are objects. Lowering the display settings may help.

Uhm, you don't need a super computer to run SA:MP, if you mean with the FPS drops, try looking in the display settings, perhaps turning off frame limiter.
