What is the very basic gamemode of samp?(easiest to make)

BTW: I couldn't see if this question has already been asked; cus my internet lags.(pings samp servers 400-1000.)

There are gamemodes included with standard samp-server package - you should check them out.

No, I mean, what type of GM is the easiest to build.(RP, TDM, CNR...)

Easiest is CnR I guess
