How much max slot player i can use ?
but i want VPS will not lagg

It depends from your Server. With 1gb RAM my Server had 75 players and 25% RAM usage. It could handle easily 200 players.

Now i am use 500 MB RAM!

When player on 20/99 , my server be lager -_-

Then your server is "heavy". Try to do some improvements on timers, loops and variable sizes.

Connection speed is more important then Ram. You can host 100+ people with 1-2 GB rams. But you should have good connection.
