Hi,
I have server and i want to make it public.. Now i portforwarded but not works..
Now i create static ip but i have question in static ip.What do next?? Should i send the external ip to my friend or the static ip that i made?

What ID should i send.. Static ip or External ip?

Port forward your static IP adress. Make sure port 7777 is set on 'both'

Yeah, After i portforward what IP should i send to my friend.. My External ip or Static IP ?

You could also just use a free SA:MP Server host (sa-mp.gs or Triangle.gs) both work fine.
