What do you mean, no one likes seeing NPC running into buildings or stuff like that especially if you have a RP gamemode it is unrealistic.

What are you talking about? The NPC's are playing a recorded file, they will only run throw buildings if you record it that way.

Doesn't have to I scripted such that they react as a real zombie but they just take shortcuts by going trough objects and buildings.
