Image error - BigDee - 22.02.2014

I've been trying to put an image into a mapping and I know that to do that you have to do something to the script, anybody know what to do please?

Umm close to that but hey thanks I want 2 put this FBI logo into my mapping since I'm mapping a FBI Department
