Delete the .dll and delete sscanf.so from plugin folder

Do you have any custom pawn.cfg file in your Pawno folder? Looks like the GM has been compiled with the -O2/3 compiler flag, which is not supported by SA-MP.

That isn't a plugin issue - your mode is just somehow corrupt.
