Anti IRC Spam - Blackazur - 22.02.2014

Hello, how to make something like anti IRC Spam if u have an irc chat? Because people can just join the IRC and spam if they want, how to prevent this?

This isn't an IRC scripting forum this is for PAWNO scripting used in SA-MP pal. Try the mIRC forums or whatever IRC server you're using go to their forums and ask them.
