So i am working on a second server and my Co Owner wants to host the server for me and it will be CnR but he told me his connection and i dont think its enough is it enough to host a server?
here is his connection specs
PING: 36 ms
DOWNLOAD SPEED: 2.07Mbps
UPLOAD SPEED: 1.39Mbps

Will be enough for 5-10 players. Expect a high ping.

The first one is no where near enough. The second is better, maybe enough for 5 players

Upload speed is much more important than download.
Imagine it this (simplified) way: The server just downloads one update from each player, but then needs to upload all these updates to every single player.
With 2mb download and 20mb upload it could work well, but thats not what you want for your home internet, and your home internet is not meant to host servers like this.

It doesn't matter half as much as his internet.
SAMP servers use little to no resources - if the script is optimized well.
