Anti Rapid Fire for 0.3z - xOFxK1LLER - 21.02.2014

Hi guys, i made a small filterscript against rapid fire cleos for 0.3z. It's simple, but it works.

Most weapons, can perform more than one shots per second. A minigun, infact shots around 20 bullets per second.
