Players appearing pause - BroZeus - 21.02.2014

I am making a DM server and sometimes i want to test it with my friends i host it on my PC and then all my friends appear pause with my GM script but if i use no GM script then player appears normal any guesses why?

OnPlayerUpdate must return 1 to allow the player to be synced for the rest.
