Issues with game freezing and crashing - Serbian011 - 15.02.2014

Well, last 2 weeks i'm experiencing game freezes and crashes at completely random times, no matter which server i connect to. I tried re-installing SA:MP dozens of times, re-installed GTA, even after i updated to 0.3z.. problem still exists.. I have updated all of my drivers.. Nothing seems to be working. The game just freezes and when i switch to Task Manager, it says that the game is "Not Responding".

Any ideas how can i fix this?

Delete all files related to San Andreas and re-install them.
Do not install mods, they can create problems with playing the game.
Make sure everything's up to date, like direct X etc.
