Everybody wanted REP, when it was added several members liked to abuse the power of giving -rep.
All the moderators had enough of people moaning and removed negative rep!

To be honest, -1 reputation system is one of the worst feature in Vbulletin. Well people abuse it all time time with useless -rep comments.
I hope -rep won't come back cuz people will start abusing it.!
