Failed (libmysqlclient_r.so.16: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory) - Rydur - 15.02.2014

Basically i have this server and MySQL keeps throwing this error, i have looked at all the guides to fix it but none work. So i used the static version of mysql and it says it is loading all good and then i get this error.

Could anybody help me out?
