[HELP] Time&Date problem - Snich - 14.02.2014

Hello!

I have a huge problem with time and date, more precisely, loading incorrect time and date.
At 0.3x version was all right, but when I switched to a server 0.3z, appeared this problem.
I loading just one filterscript, and that is a JunkBuster AC. On my gamemode is everything okay.
