There is a plugin missing.Check the NRGP Gamemode's thread at the gamemode section for installation instructions.You need a plugin which you don't have.

Have you added those plugins in the server.cfg?

yes i did, im not allowed to view the thread about it can you please tell me what is the missing plugin?

I have no idea of which plugin you are missing because I've never used NGRP.You need to contact the developer or wait for someone who had used it before to reply.
