Server never start - Shirley - 14.02.2014

when i start the samp-server.exe it gives me this

First off you shouldn't even be using that script.

Second, you're missing a plugin.

First i use it on a localhost not in public
second what is the plugin sir?

Check what plugins the server is meant to have and cross it with the plugins you have, I don't have it so I don't know.

Make sure you're adding them all to the plugins line in your server.cfg.

Also make sure they're all up to date and to make sure you have /all/ of them that are required
