Server online issue - SkywayGe - 13.02.2014

Hello
My friends can't connect to my server
1)Port is forwarded
2)Firewall is disabled
3)I'm runing server as administrator
4)announce 1
5)lan 0
I tried to lunch server on 3 different computers, i even tried to lunch default server files but i'm getting to same issue

am i mising something ? or did anything change in term of getting server online since 0.3d?

Are you sure the server is running? Are you sure that you are giving them the correct IP?

Yes i'm very sure everything i write i did it 100% correct way.
if there is not changes since 0.3d means that there is some problem with my router, i will try to borrow different router from friends

try lan as 1 and if u r using 0.3d and and ur friends are using another they wont be able to join
