Credits go toward Jekson for the Criminal Russia MP Construction version.

Also credits toward Jernejl for the original program.

I'll probably do some more work around it, still has a few bugs with it, but it'll be fixed in a matter of time.

This is actually nice, editing GTA III and VC Maps... Awesome

Are you planning to release it to public or it'll be a private use?

Map Construction set to GTA United's C1.2 but still as you move through the map in some places, the program displays an error, which greatly complicates the work with the program.

Old good GTA3, I used to mod it, until game can't handle it anymore, then I reinstalled and started all over again

It's not gta 3, it's a mod which adds vice city and liberty city's map into 1, but removes SA too.

Anyway, been looking for something like this for a while.
