Hello help plz server not showing in internet tab - MBilal - 12.02.2014

Hello Need Help i Have Every thing fine in Server.cfg announce 1 and query 1 and lanmode 0 but server still not showing in internet it some time show in internet tab and gone i talk to my host but they did every thing but still not showing in internet help plz
