oh yea , they are divided in to 5 different versions now.
What RC are the majority of players on in 0.3z?

a lot of players go to 0.3x servers
like UIF or Bugged RP or Advanced RP
all big servers are in 0.3x

The most servers or the 95% of the SAMP servers are 0.3x.

Still on 0.3x (from what i see). Nobody (or just a small part) will upgrade to RC versions, not until the official release is out.
