I just wanted to know how to make the cars explode when nobody is in it in my server, because now whenever i shoot them they just stay there and never get hurt, please help thanks for reading

This thing has been made (simply) possible in 0.3z with the new OnPlayerWeaponShot callback. So your best chance is to remove damage from the vehicle itself when a shot is detected with said callback.

0.3z has a function for this now according to what I read where you can do some coding to do unoccupied vehicle damage
