Basic Teleportation Dialog

So recently cracked down, speaking to some mates and I have found out that some people struggle with dialogs and such.
So I have made this simple and basic dialog that can be edited/used by anyone. I require no credit, you may use it for anything you
wish. It is a filterscript at the moment and just teleports you around Los Santos, however, you can edit anything you like to make it suit you.
I was hoping that this would give people a brief idea on how to design their own, because after all it is easy, just some people
don't have the time to learn.

Command: /teleport
Brings up the teleport dialog.
