Is there a way to make a UCP that uses ini files instead of mysql?

Might be possible through FTP, but it's probably going to be slower than a straightforward MySQL connection. It will also reduce functionality a fair bit. It's only viable to display the data of a single user. Creating ranking lists and other neat stuff simply won't be viable.

k, anyone know some realiable free mysql host? I am curently starting ma own server and will only start to pay for once i get members server
