If you're running off a Hosts and not a VPS/Dedi it could be as easy as contacting your hosting company
If you're running off a VPS/Dedi it's as easy as downloading C+

The vehicles were recently loading on the server, we havent touched our streamer plugin lately. We have C++ (Windows VPS).Vehicles and mappings were loading fine with 19 players, but once we restarted no more vehicles loaded - and some mappings.

I know i mean What Provider (NFO, BurstNet etc etc)
Also i would recommend down-grading to Windows 2008 R2, It's much more stable for SAMP.
